Q?Can I get my wedding gown without having to choose a package?

A.Yes. We provide very exciting packages to suit both your taste and your pocket. Our packages vary from a complete one stop shop venture to single items such as purchasing your bridal attire or groom’s outfit or just hosting your reception. We have seven (7) groups of packages which can be adjusted to suit your basic needs:

  • Package #1 – Ceremony
  • Package #2 – Silver
  • Package #3 – Golden
  • Package #4 – Platinum
  • Package #5 – Midweek Special
  • Package #6 – Bridal Party Attire
  • Package #7 – Honeymoon
  • Package #8 – Special Occasion

You can also have a combination of packages. We are here to please you, so go ahead and make your own personalized package.

Q?Do I need to make an appointment?

A.Appointments are necessary only for persons who need to visit on a Sunday. Otherwise, once you visit us our courteous staff will be ready to assist you.

Q?Where exactly is our Kingston location?

A.We are located about two (2) minutes from Half Way Tree Square, in Eastwood Park Gardens, easy access from all roads. See directions below:

☑ From HALF WAY TREE TO EASTWOOD PARK ROAD turn left unto Burlington Avenue (behind Twin Gates Plaza), – continue straight to the third intersection – Lancaster Road.

☑ From HALF WAY TREE TO MOLYNES ROAD – make first right turn off Molynes Road (Sandringham Ave), – then make second left turn – Lancaster Road.

☑ From WATERLOO ROAD – make left turn unto South Avenue, continue straight crossing – Constant Spring Road, continue straight crossing Eastwood Park Road – This is now Burlington Avenue, continue straight to the third intersection; this is Lancaster Road.

☑ From WASHINGTON BLVD TO CONSTANT SPRING ROAD – make a right turn unto Constant Spring Road, continue to the Texaco Gas Station which is after Kings Plaza below 7th Avenue Plaza. – Turn right at the gas station, continue straight crossing Eastwood Park Road. This is now Burlington Avenue – Continue to the third intersection which is Lancaster Road.

A.We are located at 5 Doubloon Hill, Cardiff Hall, Runaway Bay, St Ann. See directions below:

By Car

From Mobay

  • In Runaway Bay. Pass Grand Bahia and Jewels Hotels.
  • At Rubis gas station (opposite Flavors beach), turn right on to Ricketts Drive.
  • Continue on Ricketts Drive pass Cardiff Hotel and Spa.
  • Turn left on to Tamarind Hill
  • Turn right on to Doubloon Hill. Cecille’s Garden is straight ahead.

From Browns Town

  • In Runaway Bay. Turn right at traffic lights on to the Main Road.
  • Then follow 2-5 as above.

From Ocho Rios

  • In Runaway Bay. Pass Royal Decameron Hotel.
  • At Rubis gas station (opposite Flavors beach); turn left on to Ricketts Drive.
  • Then follow 3-5 as above.

Public Transportation
There are local taxis at Ricketts Drive.

Q?Do you give discounts?

A.We offer discounts when you combine two or more packages as well as to nurses, teachers, police, soldiers and some companies on presentation of a valid identification.

Q?Do you offer a payment plan?

A.A twenty-five (25) percent deposit is required upon reservation, twenty-five (25) percent thirty (30) days later and the balance payable at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the event.

Q?What is your cancellation policy?

A.A minimum deposit of twenty-five (25%) percent is required to reserve your date and venue. Another payment of minimum twenty-five (25%) percent to be paid thirty (30) days later. Final payment and final count is due fourteen (14) days before the function. You will void your contract if you fail to meet your final payment deadline.

Your setting will be done for the amount of persons paid for. If you have additional guests they must be paid for before they are seated and served. However, we reserve the right not to seat any additional person. There will be no refund for no-show guests and boxing of food is not permitted.

Prior arrangement must be made with management for the allowance of additional foods, beverages, decorations, furniture and equipment to be brought in. Where applicable, a minimum charge will be assessed. The items brought in must be removed immediately following the function.

Your function cannot be guaranteed if you are late beyond your allotted time. Kindly note your commencement and conclusion times on your contract. Failure to start on time will result in a charge of $2,500 per half (1/2) hour, or part thereof that you are late. Further, there is a charge of $2,500 per half (1/2) hour or part thereof, in excess of your ending time. Such charges will be taken from the refundable security deposit.

We are aware that a number of factors can adversely affect your planning and for this we will allow one free postponement. However, no postponement is allowed on or after the final payment date. A fee of ten (10%) percent of the total contractual cost will be assessed for each subsequent postponement. Postponement must be done in person with all the original receipts by the individual who signed the contract or an authorized agent with ID.

All cancellations attract a fee of twenty-five (25%) percent of the total contractual cost. However, cancellations done fourteen (14) days or less before the function will result in the refund of only the security deposit if paid. All cancellations must be done in person by the individual who signed the contract or an authorized agent with ID and the original receipts.

Refunds will be paid by cheque after seven (7) working days.

NB. This contract, once signed, will not be affected by any price increase.
